Examine the biomechanics and contributing factors that influence symptom progression. With a focus on anatomical knowledge and palpation skills, gain practical tools to deliver targeted care for clients experiencing whiplash-associated disorders (WAD).

At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  • Define whiplash and demonstrate a knowledge of the extensive history of the diagnoses and prognoses of the condition.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the biomechanics of whiplash as well as the concomitant factors involved in whiplash associated injuries.
