We are looking for one full time massage therapist to join our team. Staff get paid hourly for their full shift, whether or not they are completely booked. Additional responsibilities during shifts include writing SOAP notes, sanitizing treatment room, folding laundry, and completing CEs.
Our front desk takes care of scheduling, supplies, & billing. Our compliance officer follows changes in legislature & PPE requirements. This leaves our practitioners free to do what brought them to the industry in the first place: working with clients!
New hires may mix & match available shifts to create their set weekly schedule, up to 35 hours (20 massage/week). Saturdays are required. Available shifts to choose from may include: Opening (9-4), Closing (12-7), and Split (9-12 & 4-7).
Additional certifications (Ie. Hot Stones, Pregnancy, MLD, Positional Release, etc.) are a plus. Preference will be given to year-round applicants. Complementary bodyworkers also welcome to apply (acupuncture, energy worker, reflexology, etc).
All practitioner applicants will be required to complete:
An in-person interview with the Office Manager to assess qualifications, work ethic & personality compatibility. (Due to Covid19, this can also be done via telephone or Zoom, if preferred.)
Hands-on demonstration of skills with the Compliance Officer or Owner.

Current applicable state license(s).
Current CPR/first aid certification
Current ABMP or AMTA membership with liability insurance (or equivalent)
Experience working with a variety of clients.

Bi-weekly Paycheck (We hire you as an employee, not a subcontractor, and we take taxes out!)
All employees are paid hourly. Practitioners also receive gratuities, & commission for select services.
Raises determined annually (Dec 15th) based on individual retention rate for Practitioners & overall performance for Administrative Staff.
Discount on Services: 25% on services for yourself; 15% on gift certificates for others
